SHIPPING

We are located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Majority of our items will be shipped from Toronto or our warehouse in Ajax, Ontario.

Please note that we sell a variety of different types of products and shipping/delivery will vary based on the size of the item purchased. 

The shipping/delivery availability will be outlined in the description of each item.

SHIPPING OF SMALL ITEMS: 

  • All small items are available for domestic and international shipping. 
  • All packages will be sent Canada Post unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated at check out based on weight of item.
  • All orders will be shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise noted.
  • Tracking numbers will be sent on all small items packages.
  • GTA drop off by Faodail Decor is not available for small items, unless noted in the product description. 
  • Pick up for small items is available for Toronto or GTA based customers. Please choose local pick up (free) at the check out shipping options and upon completing your order, we will emailing you to set up a pick up time.
  • All small items will be packaged as safely as possible for the utmost protection during transit.
  • All items are shipping in 95% recycled materials.

FREE PICK UP OF LARGE FURNITURE: 

  • Pick up of large furniture by local clients can be arranged through email. 
  • Please contact us at faodaildecor@gmail.com to organize pick up. 
  • Please note that once your item has been picked up, we are not responsible for anything that happens to the item in transit.

DELIVERY OF LARGE FURNITURE IN TORONTO AND THE GTA BY FAODAIL DECOR:

  • Delivery by Faodail Decor is available for large pieces within the GTA and the Kitchener/Waterloo area.
  • Please email us here or email at faodaildecor@gmail.com to organize delivery of an item within the GTA or the Kitchener/Waterloo area and we will send you a shipping quote. 
  • PLEASE NOTE: we DO NOT bring items in to homes. For insurance purposes we can only bring items to the front of your home or the lobby of your condo/apartment building. 
  • Please see map below outlining the delivery boundaries for Faodail Decor delivery: 

DELIVERY OF FURNITURE THROUGH 3RD PARTY SERVICE: 

  • If you are located outside the GTA, domestic or international, Faodail Decor is happy to help facilitate shipping/delivery of large items. 
  • We work with a number of delivery companies that we can connect you with to organize getting your item to you. 
  • Please note that these delivery fees will be paid to the 3rd party delivery company directly and not to Faodail Decor. 
  • Please note that Faodail Decor does not take any responsibility for any damage that may occur during the delivery process. 
  • Please ensure that you review the policies of the shipping company you choose to use, as once it has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for the item.
